Advice on diminishing appearance of white but raised scars

Hi. I have quite a few scars from when I was an depressed teenager all over my left arm. I am now a perfectly (well, almost!) mentally and physically healthy woman who is unable to wear short sleeves due to what I did over 7 years ago

I was in the same boat as you...they do fade with time usually, but lotion and those silicone sheets can help. Also, bio oil helped my stretch marks TONS. I know how hard this struggle is, sadly there is not yet a way to make scars disappear. :(
