If by "dead" you mean that his heart is a hollow, black structure of tissue paper that melancholy has set aflame and all his tears have evaporated and his fingers are too shaky to write a song about a girl--then yes, he is dead in the emo sense.

As for clinically, I dunno. He's HOT.
