Francescu has a low opinion of Ishida Uryuu; he recognizes, in retrospect, that he jammed his foot squarely in his mouth somehow when they met(although he has no idea how), but doesn't think that excuses the outright unpleasantness he got in return. Still, he's not actively hostile out of respect for Ryuuken and because he recognizes that he's not blameless either; this translates to avoiding Ishida mostly.
Francescu met Sorata briefly during the moon crisis. He's intrigued by the kekkai, and he appreciates Sorata's willingness to take the most dangerous role in the defense. They haven't really interacted enough for Francescu to have an opinion on him personally.
Roxas is an interesting case; Francescu met him shortly after a fairly major revelation about where he's headed in canon, which is basically straight into Heartless territory (or as close as you can reconcile the metaphysics.) To a certain extent, he sees it as his duty to help Roxas return to the world of attachment as he's been helped by others at

Kinda clarifying Sano's view on Mal now that I'm awake-ish. He does want Mal to like him, but at the same time he's not gonna go out of his way to try and be nice 'cause he's an impulsive idiot and doesn't think long enough to realize snapping at him is a bad idea, so! He does regret it a bit but doesn't dwell on it. He just tries to avoid him for the most part or keep conversations to safe topics. And it doesn't bother him a lot because Mal's mean to some awesome people anyway, so. Just an irritation and not something that he sits around and sulks over

Cher thinks Mal is a crazy guy with a gun. And irresponsible. And sort of scary. Except for when she's talking to him because then she secretly likes him and finds him funny.
She thinks Sorata is a lovely guy, funny and sweet and generally fabulous to be around.
She thinks Roxas is sort of amusing when he flips out.
Last, but certainly not least, considering how little they've interacted Cher has any number of complicated thoughts on Ishida Uryuu. He's strange and more than a little creepy but she does like him and find him intriguing. She doesn't know how much of why she sort of wants to befriend him is because he's such a figure of gossip and how much is because he's Ryuuken's son but she finds him fascinating, nonetheless.
He reminds her of Fllay, ironically.
Also, she thinks his dad fucked him up but good but she'll never bring that up, ever.
Buffy's really not sure what to make of Ishida most of the time, so she just avoids him.
Anne remembers Ishida's helped her out with some sewing stuff, so she likes him for that, but she remembers that he told her he wasn't nice, and she's never really been sure what to do with that.
Buffy likes Mal a lot. They don't talk that much, but when they do it's always fun, and Mal's a generally cool guy, as far as Buffy's concerned.
(I also think you do a fantastic Mal, and he makes it so much better when I am, for some reason, watching season seven, because it's hilarious.)
Buffy's very fond of Sorata, since he's nice and helpful and cooks, and is just fun to talk to. She secretly wants him to help Kon get in touch with his "I'm the mom" side. But she won't mention that. And she does appreciate that he seems to get something about apocalypse prevention.
