Chloe was there just in time, Oliver was out patrolling so she left him a quick note to let him know where she was going although not giving him many details, she knew he would only worry and she should be home before him anyway.

She saw the blonde girl standing outside, it was freezing outside so she frowned a little at the sight, "Tara?" she asked carefully as she walked up to her.

Tara gave Chloe her best smile as she shoved her hands in the pockets of her well worn coat. "That's me. You must be Chloe. Nice ta meetcha!"

"Nice meeting you too," she said with a smile then nodded at the restaurant, "c'mon, lets go inside, it's freezing out here."

Her worn coat didn't go unnoticed by Chloe and for the girl to let a complete stranger buy her dinner, she probably wasn't doing too well for herself, she looked young, no older than eighteen and Chloe couldn't help but wonder how she had gotten there in the first place.

Tara scooped up her backpack, filled with a couple sets of clothes and a few other absolute necessities and followed Chloe inside.
