not is it that i understand, it doesn't matter if i do all it is, is that's how it is. No matter what. Only way jealousy can be erased if no one goes out or loves anyone, nothing to be protective over then. But i'm guarenteeing people don't want to use that solution so no matter what ANYONE does, it's going to be there. The person who figures out how to get rid of jealousy should get the Nobel

You're going to be jealous and protective no matter what

That's what I was saying. All the defects in our society today, the way we run things, the way we interact, can all be traced back to human nature, our instincts. I never said that the defects in human nature would get rid of jealousy. However, as humans we not react on those impulses and instead on what we know.

i cant even think of a word to descirbe my hatred to all of you posting back and forth about how steve is wrong and how steve says your wrong. the best thing i read in the entire discussion is that jim stated that love isnt a cookie cutter emotion and the fact that one must know their own self before they can love. this almost assures my "own" thinking that my peers and my self can not truly love, considering that we cant even grasp the concept of it, and cannot possibly know our own self yet. i also have looked up the definition in the dictionary, based on that i think just and michelle may have love in the relationship, but for each other i dont know. these are merely my thoughts.

well i think there are different stages in love. they might be just starting out and love each other on a certain stage. i mean, if you are friends with someone you love them like a friend right? and if you like someone, you like them more than a friend. so you can honestly say you love them. just because you say love it doesn't necessarily have to mean deep deep love. i know you didn't say that, but i'm just stating a point. but i'm sure they do love each other in a certain way. and i'm not saying i'm right or wrong, just stating an opinion.

i guess..but if you think about it. freinds who say that to eachother are just abusing the word, and saying it when its not relaly meant.

I HATE how everyone says "I love you." We're in junior high and we think we know what love is? We're like still fucking kids. Seriously, we all like to think we're almost adults but most of us are not even close, most of us have the maturity of a six year old! Hense all this bashing of Steve. People who bash Steve, get a life, maybe your just jealous of him cuz he's hotter than you, deal with it.
Second of all, this is Steve's opinion and just because he likes to stir up other people doesn't mean he's retarded or something. I personally do not think he is crossing the line, maybe toeing the line, but sure as hell not crossing it and it's his opinion and I happen to STRONGLY agree with it.
Thirdly, I hope the icecaps melt soon because everyone is starting to piss me off. I want to punch all of you in the face, except for Steve and Justin, because I wouldn't want to ruin your faces, but EVERYONE ELSE, just die already or something...please...
GROW UP!!!!!!
