A scam is when people sell you a bunch of lies wrapped up in a pretty package. In this case, the scam is that there's any real order, reason or justice to the Barge system. We're supposed to believe in the system, follow the rules, do what they say...and then we get hurt, we get messed with, and we see and experience injustices that no one will address. It's wrong.
