Went to the evil shithole known as Yeovil on friday night. Met up with Helen and Emily and we went to some guys house while Helen and some other girl got alcohol. Then we went down to Flicks. It was fucking packed. Talked to Rob and the guys for a while.
Robolint went on first. I didnt think they were that great. The singer got on my fucking nerves. Encyclopedia went on afterwards and while they were on, Tom (weapons bassist) told me that Biz (the bone player) had been arrested so they had to play without him. they were still really good though.
Rob and Powelly then challenged everyone to a milk drinking competition.
Then Sonic Boom 6 came on. They were great although im still not too sure why theyre called Sonic boom 6 and they have only 5 members...

After they played, we saw Rob who looked like he was about to throw up because he drank too much milk. So after watching people throwing up and kicking in headlights, we walked to the ski lodge to go to a party which had finished, so me and Helen walked back to her house. We started watching Trainspotting but i was too tired so i went to bed. I missed my train the next morning so we wandered around town till 4. Had work in the evening. Was ok i guess. Came back and talked to people on MSN for the rest of the evening. Grant called this morning and said we cant have a band practise and we've got our gig in less than 2 weeks. How fucking gay.
Might go into town and see Billy Bragg... hmm...
