ive been getting these attacks where i cant breath and my heart goes really fast and i get dizzy and start hypervenalting.
and i was at the hospital getting my back examine and i got an attack and they sent me to the er.
turns out im having periodic panick attacks (theve been happening repeatedly for three days now.)

i was thinking of sending it, because i like how it looks, but its not really a secret.
