NO THIS IS NO GOOD. (I'm guessing it's a Shakespeare-on-film class?) What about Scott? Or Tennant? Or Nielsen? Or JACOBI for fuck's sake, JACOBI! Why is your teacher limiting you to the Big Cinematic Adaptations, that is INSANELY LAME.

Macbeth lost my sympathy as soon as he started growing a beard.

He's like an inverse Commander Riker!

Oh my goddddd I still can't believe I haven't seen all of Jacobi's Richard. ONE MORE REASON. (There's some kind of Richard-Duncan parallel here, isn't there.)

Okay I'm totally watching act 1 scene 1 of it on youtube right now. (I'm not sure if that is better or worse than watching John Gielgud swear horribly in Arthur. It was AWFUL. D: )
