Um... I guess this is my idea of giving advice but feel free to completely ignore me or call bullshit because I dunno how good advice it actually is. My being fairly useless about these things,
The way I see it, the guy you're living with now has a better argument and the better accommodation and basically? He was there first. If I were you I'd stick it out with him, since you arranged with him before anyone else. It's not fair to expect you to change plans now.
