Yeah, another six months. That's how long Mum will have to wait before getting her other knee replaced, we found out today. Damn. We were hoping it would be sooner. On the plus side, hopefully by the time the second knee is operated on, the first knee will be fully healed and moving freely. We went to visit Mum today. She's recovered well from yesterday's operation - much better than she did from the original one back in November. Already she's gone past the Clear Fluids stage and is onto Free Fluids as of tonight, and hopefully will be on solids in a day or two ( Read more... )
