So very, very sad. :( I know it's silly to get emotionally invested in the outcome of a game where large men wearing padding smash into each other... but still. I can't help it. I really wanted the Patriots to beat the Giants in revenge for 2007. I was really hoping they'd win, especially in honor of the owner's wife, who passed away last year (

It is okay to be invested! I was very sad when the Netherlands lost the World Cup. My Dutch dad got teary eyed.

Aw, thanks. It's always heartbreaking when your team comes so close but doesn't quite make it.
