I've been to Absinthe in San Francisco, where Jamie was Head Chef for a time. Good food, nice space.

I plan to go to one of Richard Blais' places next time I am forced to be in ATL :D

I've never had the pleasure of trying Top Chef food. Someday I hope to remedy that. You, me, and Sly need to make a cross country tour of all their restaurants.

We totally do! I really want to go to Austin to try Paul's restaurant, and of course there are a billion Top Chefs in California. I am lucky to have a few Top Chefs in this area too! There aren't many in the Midwest, are there? How close are you to Chicago (sorry, this is probably a stupid question!)
