 I don't know if any of you are familiar with the Toronto area, but let me tell you, we have a ton of Chinese people who live here, and NONE of them can friggin' drive.  I have no problem with them living here, I just don't want to see them driving!  I have been cut off more times than I can count when I have been driving, so I have a reason for
