Master Post There’s the soft sound of the waves breaking against the shore and the beautiful shades of blue, orange and pink that spread across the sky as the sun sets on the horizon. It looks like a picture on a postcard but it’s not, it’s real and he’s standing in the moist sand, his hands shaking at his side.
His and Jared’s families, plus their friends, all sit in the well-placed folding chairs, their eyes thankfully drawn to the beauty of the beach rather than Jensen. He knows they’re waiting except he’s not sure he’s ready, not sure he’ll ever be ready but he does know it’s time.
This is what Jared wanted-the beach, the gorgeous sunset-and no matter what there’s no way he could deny Jared’s wishes.
He takes a deep breath and walks to the front of the crowd where Chris is standing, waiting to lend Jensen the support that he desperately needs.
He can do this.
Chris reaches out and squeezes Jensen’s shoulder as the two of them stand to the side, waiting for their cue. He tries to offer Chris a smile of thanks but it falls short and he settles for a nod, stuffing his shaking hands into the pocket of his black dress pants.
“Man, you need to calm down,” Chris whispers. “You look like you’re about to pass out.”
“I just might.” he shrugs and takes a deep breath. “I just want to get it over with.”
Jared’s father nods toward the two of them and Chris perks up, letting his hand fall from Jensen’s shoulder and to his back, pushing Jensen forward. For a second Jensen stalls, the sand beneath his feet suddenly feeling much like quick sand as his mind tries to get them to move but his body refuses.
“That’s our cue.” Chris gives Jensen a hard shove and finally he moves, his feet slowly trudging toward Jared’s father, who stands mere inches from where the tide reaches the shore.
By the time he’s finally standing in his place he’s pretty certain if he shook anymore he’d be having a seizure. He takes a deep breath and closes his eyes for just a second but when he opens them all the air in his lungs expels far too quickly leaving him slightly lightheaded and dizzy.
There in front him is the most breathtaking sight he’s ever laid eyes on but it has absolutely nothing to do with the gorgeous ocean view.
“Are you nervous, Jen?”
He blinks up at the man in front of him and everything else is forgotten. All of his anxiety disappears as he stares into those hazel eyes and his hands have finally stopped shaking now that they are being held in a tight, loving grasp.
“Only for a minute,” Jensen whispers with a much more confident smile. “I’m exactly where I want to be. Except I wish there wasn’t a bunch of people staring at us.”
His own smile brightens as Jared laughs and shows off the dimples that Jensen absolutely adores. Before Jensen can get too distracted by how amazing Jared looks in his black suit, red tie, and bare feet, Jared’s father clears his throat and effectively pulls Jensen out of his not-so-innocent fantasies.
“Think you can wait long enough to say your vows, Jensen?” Pastor Padalecki smiles and the patient crowd begins to chuckle which causes Jensen’s cheeks to practically match his ruby silk tie. “Let’s get on with it then, shall we?”
Jensen tightens his hand on Jared’s and the two turn forward to face the beautiful sunset as they take the first step to starting their lives together. A life Jensen wasn’t sure would be a possibility only a few months ago but he’s thankful he’d been wrong.
Of course he has his father to thank for this second chance. Jared is going to live a long healthy life because Jensen’s father hadn’t given up. He surprised Jensen by fighting to convince Jared’s doctors to perform an experimental surgery that was risky but life-changing if successful.
It had been a scary time of waiting, praying and hoping-all of which Jensen has never been very good at. But that had changed quickly. Jared will continue to be monitored for complications but thanks to Dr. Alan Ackles and the wonderful advances in medicine, Jared’s heart won’t be failing anytime soon.
Jared’s managed to beat the odds and is not only able to start a new chapter in life with Jensen by his side, but has even managed to turn Jensen into a believer. How can Jensen not believe when he’s standing hand in hand with one of the most beautiful people God ever created?
“Well I’m glad that’s over.” Jensen shrugs out of his jacket and throws it over the chair as he loosens the tie around his neck.
“And I’m glad that our wedding meant so much to you,” Jared chuckles. “It wasn’t that bad was it?”
“I loved the wedding, Jay.” he falls back onto the king-sized bed and grabs onto Jared’s wrist, pulling his husband-he loves saying that-down until Jared is sitting beside him. “It was the reception. I couldn’t wait for it to end. Too many hugs and kisses from people who weren’t you.”
He turns to the side and gently pulls at Jared’s tie as Jared laughs but Jensen’s not even sure Jared knows what he’s laughing at right now. They’re both exhausted from a long day of nerves and excitement but Jensen has plans and he’s not about to let exhaustion get in the way.
Carefully and slowly he loosens Jared’s tie, slipping it over Jared’s head and tossing it to the floor. He moves toward Jared’s jacket next, his hands caressing over Jared’s shoulders for a second until he pushes the suit jacket off and throws it somewhere near the table along with his own.
“I can undress myself you know.” Jared’s already breathing heavier and Jensen can’t resist pushing Jared back onto the bed and kissing up the side of his neck.
“It’s better this way.”
His hands expertly work Jared’s dress shirt open and it takes all his will power not to rip it off Jared’s shoulders but he knows Jared would be pissed at him for ruining it. So instead he lets Jared slip it off himself as Jensen turns his attention to Jared’s belt which he’s pretty sure he’ll be ripping off, regardless of Jared’s complaints.
Just as his hands reach for the belt’s clasp, Jared’s hands reach out for his and stop Jensen’s progress. When he sees the hesitation in Jared’s eyes he forgets all about his own desires. Jared stares at him with a hesitant, nervous smile and Jensen suddenly feels guilty for rushing things.
Of course they had spent time discussing it but this is a big deal. He should have given Jared time to get comfortable rather than shoving him on the bed and getting down to business. In his defense, Jensen’s been really patient so it’s only fair he be allowed to get carried away now.
Still, he can see that Jared’s nervous-can feel the small tremble in Jared’s hands-and no matter how anxious he is, he wants it to be good for both of them. He can wait a little longer if he has to.
“You want to wait?” he doesn’t mean to sound disappointed but he’s pretty sure it came across that way.
Surprisingly, Jared looks shocked at Jensen’s question and quickly shakes his head as he pulls himself further up the bed, his arms folded across his bare chest. Jensen doubts he’s doing it on purpose but Jared’s making it extremely difficult to remain patient.
“I want it,” Jared whispers.
“Then what’s the problem?”
Jared shrugs but Jensen doesn’t let it go easily. He crawls to the head of the bed and pulls Jared’s arms apart, holding Jared’s hands in his. He squeezes them and waits until Jared looks up so that their eyes meet.
“It’s alright if you’re nervous.” he tries to give Jared his best comforting smile but Jared just laughs, leaving Jensen extremely confused.
“You know damn well you’ll be disappointed.” Jared shakes his head and leans forward to place a quick kiss to Jensen’s lips. “But it’s sweet of you to pretend.”
“Just because I’d be disappointed doesn’t mean I couldn’t wait.” he lets go of Jared’s hands and sits back. “I would rather not make you do something you don’t want to.”
“Trust me,” Jared says with a smile, “I’m ready.”
“Then what the hell is the problem?”
Jared lowers his head, suddenly very serious and apparently shy. “What if it’s bad?”
“What do you mean?”
“I’ve never done this before,” Jared admits as if Jensen doesn’t already know this. “What if I suck?”
“I could do all the sucking if you’d like.” he doesn’t bother trying to block the pillow Jared throws in his face and he also doesn’t miss Jared’s poorly concealed smile. “Seriously though, there’s no way it could be bad.”
“There’s plenty of ways.”
“If it makes you feel better, I have nothing to compare it to.” Jensen laughs at the realization that spreads across Jared’s face. “In case you missed it, I was fairly committed to being straight before I met you. I’ve never been with another man, Jay.”
“So technically we’re both virgins?” Jared looks a bit scared and relieved as Jensen nods. “Wow, this could either be really good or really bad.”
“Only one way to find out,” Jensen smiles and turns so that his chest is pressed into Jared’s side as his hand sneaks its way back to Jared’s belt. “Plus, I did my research. I know what I’m doing.”
Jared relaxes and his hands move to Jensen’s shirt, working the buttons open as Jensen’s fiddles with Jared’s belt. “You dirty, dirty, man.”
“Wanted to make sure we got it right.” Jensen leans down and presses his lips against Jared’s, their bodies flush against each other has he finally unhooks Jared’s belt. “Now less talk, more undressing.”
Jared kneels on the bed and engages in a slow-paced strip routine, more jokey than a genuine attempt at being sexy. When he reaches his boxers, his hand pauses on the elastic waistband as he considers Jensen from underneath dark lashes.
“It’s okay. Take your time,” Jensen murmurs reassuringly, sensing the shift in mood and Jared slides his boxes down his legs, kicking them off before lying back against the pillows to watch as Jensen takes his turn.
Jensen is in too much of a rush to get out of his clothes calmly. Fingers fumbling when the zipper on his fly sticks and he grunts in annoyance when his agitated yanking on the thin metal causes the zipper to break. Jared grips hold of Jensen’s wrist, pulling him down so that he can help him take off his pants. The bed frame groans as they grapple to remove the offending item of clothing, making Jensen laugh out loud and shake his head at himself.
Their bodies fit together as they lay facing each-other, side by side, on the bed, not doing much more than letting their hands go exploring for now. Jared tickles long trailing lines over Jensen’s side, his hand coming to rest on the sharp jut of his hipbone. The humorous atmosphere from only minutes earlier has gone, dissolved into anticipation, hungry desire. Jared laughs quietly but it’s a nervous laugh, wobbly and uncertain as Jensen’s hand traces the curves of his ass. Jensen opens a tube of lube taken from the nightstand drawer and squirts a blob onto his fingers before easing one slowly inside Jared’s opening.
Jared tenses instantly, face scrunching up against the sudden stab of raw burning pain which accompanies Jensen’s finger and then Jensen must work some kind of magic because his careful probing hits upon a spot that makes Jared’s head spin.
“That’s it. That’s…incredible.” Jared says, low and dark. Exhaling sharply when another finger joins the first, then a third, stretching him open.
“You’re incredible, Mr. Padalecki-Ackles.” Jensen mouths against the skin on Jared’s neck before paying homage with a sucking kiss, hot and wet, to the same spot.
Jared loves to hear him say those words, the words which mark him as Jensen’s husband. When it’s not being vocalized, he still giddily replays them over and over inside his head. Mr. Padalecki-Ackles, Mr. Padalecki-Ackles.
Jared rolls from his side onto this stomach, his nervousness almost entirely gone now. This is right. This is exactly what he wanted his first time to be like. He feels Jensen straddle his hips, taking a moment to get into position before the fingers withdraw and Jensen’s dick, fat and heavy, slides inside, filling him up. He’s stuffed full of Jensen and it’s like finding heaven on Earth.
Jensen rocks, no particular rhythm, slow at first but gradually building pace. Jared cranes his neck up to steal a peek at his new husband and sees that Jensen’s head is thrown back, mouth wide, lips tilted upwards. Jensen is stunning like this and it makes Jared’s cock throb, each beat drumming up heat in his body, spreading from his groin.
He knows the exact moment that Jensen comes with the way Jensen’s body stills, even his breathing changes, and then Jensen exhales with a low moan. Jensen falls forward until his chest is flush to Jared’s back. The sweat on their naked bodies mingling as he reaches underneath Jared’s body to wrap his hand around Jared’s erect dick. Kissing Jared’s shoulders, Jensen tugs until Jared comes too, writhing and bucking below him, panting Jensen’s name.
The rest of the night is spent in much the same way, interspersed with passages of time occupied with nothing other than the silence which indicates deeply contented sleep.
Next morning, Jensen finds Jared down on the beach. Toes buried into the warm sand. He doesn’t want to disturb such a peaceful moment but Jared turns anyway, glancing over his shoulder he waves for Jensen to come over and join him.
“What are you doing?” Jensen asks, trying to peer at the sheet of paper Jared’s been so busily working on.
“Writing out a new wish-list.”
“A new one, huh? So, there’s a lot you still want to get out of life?”
“This one is different,” Jared tears the sheet from his notebook and holds it out. Jensen works his way down the list, eyes widening with each line he reads.
It’s a list of sexual acts and positions.
Jensen laughs so hard his sides ache and Jared makes a grab for the list, scowling as he smoothes out the creases. “Come on,” Jensen grabs Jared’s hand, pulling him to his feet.
“Where we going?”
“To make some more of your wishes come true.”
The End.
