I can't touch you with a ten-foot pole when it comes to this area, but even I was impressed with it and thought it would be a keeper... Apparently not... And you didn't consider me for a right of first offer or right of first refusal?

Well, not bad a deal, you got to play with it for a while and still made a profit out of it. Some report in today's papers about Apple being served with a civil suit for the AT&T monopoly and the null and void warranty if you unlocked the iPhone.

The non-tactile onscreen keyboard for SMS-ing really got to me... plus the constant need to wipe smudges off the screen to keep it pretty made it impossible to keep it as my main phone.
