Honestly, all of this bitching and moaning and showing stuff to Wynters isn't going to do anything. The majority of people who read Synapse and have read Wynters's article might think that this represents something that we don't violently disagree with. It would be really cool if we could get in touch with Synapse, and talk to them about maybe doing some sort of response piece. Maybe we could compile all of the responses, and edit them to make them look presentable for a magazine article.
No, you know, I don't think Annapolis really mishandled anything. And while that's an unpopular stand to take, I stand by my youth group. Anyone who knows me knows that I am not Wynters' biggest fan. And I viewed this post as a general complaint against Wynters. If I misinterpreted, sorry. We all know that she has a way of handling things that is not always appropriate. But I need to know more about this specific situation, other than the one-sided view I'd seen in my own youth group.
