Have you LOOKED at the stats for baltimore city. We were at something like 60% (at best) for reading skills and 41% at math skills for those city-wide tests. I mean damn.... seriously, Baltimore needs to go back to "Baltimore, the city that reads" vrs "Baltimore, the greatest city in America" What kind of crap IS that slogan?!?!? At least "the city that reads" was humorous. The other is just plain asinine.
