So me and a few friends have decided to do our own "biggest looser" but without the humiliation. I personally looked in a mirror at my profile recently and noticed that I have a very large hanging gut. It wasn't as if I was surprised, I know I'm a fatty... but it was just a bit shocking to look in the mirror and see a medium beach ball of fat

my many cents:
1) 10 min of elevated heart rate a day will help increase your metabolism...that is a long walk to and from your car....really simple change! if it is cold or wet it will wake you up, if it is sunny or hot you get some vitamin D. Or just put on 3 of your favorite songs and dance like a maniac until they are done.
2)vitamins: your body might need soemthing special that is prompting you to look for it by eating! Go with flinstone chewy ones...they are most fun
3)hydration...drink something....
4)graze! like cows: on grass..good stuff...
5)learn how to cook and find some "healthy" recipies you like. bring that stuff to work.
