Have you ever gotten super busy with school and whatever is going on in your life, but when you finally get a second to sit down and reflect on everything that was just happening you realize that your whole life has changed. Maybe we'll all end up at UCF! I would be okay with that =) Maybe we'd graduate about the same time? LoL except I'd have my Masters and you'd have your PhD.

UM was definitely my number one pick until I found out UCF allows you to get your MBA at the same time. But I will still apply to both for sure and see what happens from there. If I only get accepted to one, then no big deal, but if I get into both is when I'll have to decide.
What are you going to school for there?

Pick at least a couple of other schools to apply to. I'm sure you'll wow at least one of the schools (and you've already got your foot in the door with faculty at UCF), but I'm sure you're also well aware of the fact that they only let in a certain number of people. I think my sister was only 1 of two or three doctoral candidates that were accepted to her PhD program. And she's in psychology!! I'm sure psychology is a much broader and more common program. It would suck if you were #4 on their list, and left out because of their lack of openings =(

Oh yeah I'm planning on applying to USF, anf UF as well. And maybe just for shits and giggles I'll still apply to my dads school in Ohio in case I don't get into ANY PhD programs.

meghan. i miss you! I try to keep up with your livejournal. I know I don't comment much but I read. It's delayed but pretty much congrats on your whole life haha, engaged and graduating earlier than most. I regret not hanging out with you more when you were just up the road. We've known eachother for 11 years! I'm some kind of idiot for never finding the time lol
