I'm getting worried about not taking my medicine, because I know that when all this and the season rolls around things will be hectic, and I'll quit breathing countless times. I wish I knew if I believed in God so I could pray to him about my problems, but there is no way that "the right thing" is to let a 15 year old girl have 2 nervous breakdowns

I know exactly how you feel Erica and my first panic attack ever, this year, and for me it was at schoool. It sucks believe me, but don't think your the only one and if you ever need anyone to talk to, about anything, I'm here for you. Cause I to have been through a lot of shit and I don't take my meds either. I love you Erica and hope you start to feel better to.
