Haven't posted in forever. Just been so busy. School is crazy lately with all the stuff I have been doing. The past two weeks I have felt like college is my life or something. So a lot has gone on lately I guess. Been going to school and working as usual, but I applied for another job with Strategic Metrics Inc. the other day and today I went in and interviewed. Back in the USA. Not happy about it but oh well. I am probably going to be in Spain this summer so it will be another good trip. I don't want to work in the morning, but at least its an easy day as far as classes go. Just Economics and then band. This semester is flying by, already midterm. Today we rented a four wheel drive SUV and went all over the island. It was a lot of fun, so much of this island is like wilderness. Its like desert almost. Just a lot of cactus and coral. Out in about 260th out of 512. Card dead the whole time, finally had to push with 55 with about 3k left and got called by JJ. Unlucky. But he did outlast Helmuth, Deeb, and Men the Master. Still a few days left down here. Best hand he saw all day were one AK, one AJ, and 2 66's and a few 44's. We'll catch up later.

At the dinner break, he has 5250 in chips. He hopefully will get a hand to double in the next hour. Has been extremely card dead. About 320 players or so left of the original 512. He is at an extremely agressive table, but we will see what happens. Three hours and 40 minutes left to play tonight. We will see what happenes.

At the 2nd break Dave still has 9,000 in chips. HE is trying to consider his strategy for the next little while before the dinner break, which is an hour and a half from now. At the first break Koontz had 9000 chips of his original 10,000. He said he had only played about 3 hands and he had not won any. No one on his table had busted. Men the Master busted. He has lasted the first hour. There will be a break in about 45 minutes and we will talk to him and see how things are going and I will try to get an update on here. So the day has arrived I guess. Tomorrow David starts the main event at noon, or 11 central. We just had a long talk about strategy, I think he should be ok.
