and things go BAM in the night

Had a momentary power outage early this morning while I was simultaniously watching a movie and surfing the web. Of course this outage presented itself 10 minutes before the end of a movie I have never seen. Rude much!? I was frantically trying to get the satellite signal back up to see what happened with the movie and really wasn't that ( Read more... )

Ooooh... A gorgeous day makes up for a lot, but your computer going wonky? That gets my blood boiling more than anything else! I don't even think birds singing and little animals scurrying around would make me happy. :oO

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that your computer will be an easy fix.

Thanks Debbie
I haven't heard back anything at all yet. They mentioned they were having a slow day, so I'm kinda leaning towards pessimism. :S

oh well...I really did need to clean my keyboard anyways...haha (I mean the popping keys off and getting in there with a q-tip kinda cleaning!)

It's in the air it seems. My precious and dear and 3 MONTH OLD iPhone was dropped in my food yesterday. FAIL. I have never dropped any phone in anything so of course when I get a fancy one I ruin it.

Hoping for the best with your compy! Technology is wonderful, but only when it works properly.

yes I read about your little iPhone debacle...1 minute you are posting about cooking yummy things, the next you are saying you dropped your phone in there.

This is why I don't get any of those really expensive things. I'm rather accident prone with that kind of stuff.

Hope your phone isn't badly damaged.

Yikes!! After I replied I went to Facebook and saw your post that the phone died!! @_@
SO SORRY!

and yes...dried rice will help wick the moisture out ....hopefully

those little packs that you find in electronics boxes and shoes...does anyone ever save those things. They are for keeping moisture at bay too. What's in those things?? Silicone pellets or something?
