Once you get to drive it, I would check the oil as previously suggested and check to see how dark it is and if its dirty or smoking smelling.
Let the car sit there for a while and move it again and check to see if its dripping anything. If you use the air con though, some water is likely to drip.
Let it idle and check the exhaust to see if its smoking at all, get a whiff of the fumes a bit, you can tell if its burning oil that way too, or if its running too rich with gas, which could be a problem.
make sure there is a spare in or on it.
i would definitely do the carfax on it, since thats available these days.
