I totally will because I'll be dancing around. I've been trying to find these books for years now.

So it's a series? With the same chick?

I think there were two of them. I don't know beyond that.

Ugh. I'll be so happy if someone can think of it.

I was just talking to a friend about the progression of books we read as kids/teens. We all started with Judy Blume, then on to VC Andrews, Stephen King but mine took a demented path to John Saul (supernatural horror) and Harold Robbins. (I bypassed the *romance* novel somehow) Ok, 12 and 13 yo's should NOT be reading Harold Robbins. Luckily my mom is totally Edith Bunker and not too worldly. I remember asking her "What's a cat-o-nine tails". She asked What and I tried to be more specific, "with metal tips". Of course she said to look it up in the dictionary. Thank God I just read tawdry trashy novels and didn't act them out!

Yeah...I started with Judy Blume and the Chronicles of Narnia by CS Lewis. Then went on to VC Andrews...um...12 year olds should not read that trash either. HAHA! But mom had the trashy paperbacks laying around the house...so it was just...easy.
