I find it amusing how apple has been, in some ways acting as monopolistic as microsoft ever did. As far as I can tell, they're only getting away with it because they don't yet have as much marketshare in cell phones as MS did at that point in desktop operating systems.

My coworker Pete managed to get my G5 working. A couple of fried capacitors on the logic board. Plus I had a crap optical drive. Between my non-functional computer...and the one he had...it's back from the dead. And being enjoyed by his four year old.

Maybe if you get good enough at radio crap...you can come to Happyland and get are fricken IntelliRupter controls to work.

Though the last one that came through our RMA yard wasn't working because the installer left a cover off and it was filled with a nest of baby squirrels.

Lucky for us...this time they evicted the animals before crating up the equipment.
