Blaine is being his typical clueless self. Because it's normal and typical to fantasize about your "friend"/ex-boyfriend.

Glad you enjoyed the porn. It was strange to write because it really was just masturbation and the closest I've come to that is one of them putting on a show for the other or phone sex or something. This was different, so I'm glad the fantasizing worked.
