Oh friends so long unhailed,
what, pray tell, might a Seussian Dilemma be?
Is it related to Dr. Seuss?

Perhaps a dilemma whose choices can be best explained through inconsistently-scanning couplets?

Or maybe made up of mostly made-up words like tympanampular or skormuplets?

thanks! those seem like good guesses.

I do have one clue: "a good natured character that wants to be recognized for truly hating everything, yet cannot"

Which seems like something of an explanation, but somehow didn't fully enlighten me. Perhaps I should reread all Seuss books, searching for characters that fit the description. (It's not the Lorax. It's not Daves 1 - 39. It's not the Pale Green Pants with Nobody Inside them...) Or acquire a young child to do it for me.

Can't hate everything, or can't be recognized for it, or both? I am harmed by unintentional linguistic ambiguity...

Sounds a bit Grinch-ish, though, for whatever that's worth.
