Your love is like--

Bruise courtesy of The Beast.  Under my right armpit area.  In life, it's a bit more blue than red, but the darkness of it is true to life.

Rides I rode this time (for posterity's sake:)
The Beast (Wooden coaster which shakes cars from side to side a LOT.  Left bruises, very loud and a long ride.  It moved around a lot more than it did last year, and my fellow rider--a veteran of the park--commented that he thought the carts were coming loose.)
Invertigo (Boomerang style... I didn't feel very safe in the restraints.  Great headrush, short ride.)
The Crypt (Flips you upside down in a temple style setting in the dark.  Not long enough!)
DropTower (I expected to be terrified, but this ride wasn't that bad!  Spins you around on the ride up, so you get great views of the park.)
Shake Rattle and Roll (a typical troika with cars as the carts)
Vortex (Six? loops and lots of fun!  My favorite coaster in the park.)
Viking Fury (pirate ship)
Backlot Stunt Coaster (Kind of a dull ride but it has fun special effects stuff like a movie studio.  There's a long blackout tunnel that's a nice surprise.)
The Racer (Just a few hills.  A decent wooden coaster.)
Flight Deck (Made a lot of grinding noises that were quite unsettling.)

(Again, for posterity's sake...) Last year, I rode:
The Beast (I loved being on this last year.  Came home with two bruises on each side.)
Vortex (We rode this twice last year.)
Flight Deck
Diamondback (I hated this coaster.  The seats barely cup your bottom and you're held in with a small plastic podium--and it's totally open on every side around you.  I felt like I was going to fall out.)
The Racer
Thunder Alley (go karts)
The Grand Carosel (Typical carosel with lovely antique horses)
Dodgems (Bumper cars)
Firehawk (I felt like I was going to fall out.  It lies you down flying Dutchman style.  Still, an awesome ride.)
Flight of Fear (AMAZING.  Totally indoors in relative darkness. Shoots you off at 60mph and loops and corkscrews.)
And some of their haunted attractionsWent to King's Island yesterday.  It was amazing, as always.
Today, I'm recovering.
