I now own two working Super Nintendo Entertainment Systems. I feel like a dipshit because the reason my original one did not work is because the A/C adapter was shot. I purchased an entire new system from eBay (including GAME GENIE!) and I tried the power cord that came with it on my console, and sure enough it works. I tried my old adapter on ( Read more... )

We've got a SNES, a Gamecube and 2 PS2s (one original, one slim-line console). Freddy even has a NES emulator downloaded to his Palm Treo, so he can play Mike Tyson's Punch Out, Archanoid and all the other classics. And for the SNES, we've got one of these bad boys (http://i4.ebayimg.com/02/i/07/a5/09/97_2.JPG). We are a family of gaming nerds. We're going to skip on the PS3 when it comes out, wait until the blue ray technology is better (and cheaper), but we are definitely snagging a Wii.

Sell me one!! I have been looking everywhere and haven't been able to find one. My parent's pawned mine at some point in time and I didn't notice until it was too late.

I tried ebay! All the auctions were ending at like $50 or more... umm.. all i need is the system... not a freakin kidney peoples. ^_^
