When did homecooked food become such a treat?

Caving trip got canceled. Go figure.

It's good in a way because now I have ample time to do my stupid assignment that's due on Tuesday.

I got to eat so much good food yesterday, hang out with people I haven't seen in ages, play Kingdom Hearts, eat more, then see a movie. It was wonderful. Gotta love them Parkers ( Read more... )

I've seen your clan in action. You exist within this realm of good/bad luck that seems to balance out. Wierdos

Yes, I love you guys.

My train of though jumped tracks between those two lines. I was angry at the internet. It has been increasingly melodramatic and irritating recently. And lame. But the Parkers, they are not lame. Weird, yes. But not lame. :-)

What is the neuro-psych program like at Tulane? I need more information in the near future. More specifically, what type of hardware do you have?

MEG rocks, but I hear there's a retarded few machines in the country/world. I'm lucky to have access to one at all as it is now as an undergrad. *almost done... so close... free your mind*

Hmm, hardware? I'm not quite sure about that. The most high-tech apparatus I've dealt with is a microtome, but I know we have MEG...I really have no clue what else. I'll have to get back to you. Are you wanting to pursue a PhD at Tulane, perhaps?

Ok. Here are the websites for the graduate Neuroscience and Psychology programs at Tulane. They're not terribly informative. If you can tell me more specifically what you're interested in pursuing (besides playing with nifty machines) I can ask the professors (since I know most of them in both departments by now) for insider details.

Wait why was the trip canceled? Are they going to reschedule anytime soon you think?

We didn't have enough people going to make it worth the 1000 mile trip. Mr. Thompson was mentioning something maybe between Christmas and New Year's Day.
