It's interesting that although their service is "PC TEC", they claim to have "PC TECHnicians". Why is the H capitalized?

It's NOT a good question. I've just finished reading "Eats, Shoots and Leaves" and this is a shocking question. It makes me cringe with all my newly gained punctuation knowledge.
