A couple of weeks ago, I was sitting on a bench at the DH (Draught House Pub), and this guy rolls up on a scooter (aka moped). The scooter was nearly silent as it passed by. I noticed the letters "EVT" on its side, and instantly realized that it was an electric-powered scooter. After the driver parked it, I accosted him to ask him questions about

Wow, that's really lame. I'd say you have every right to be pissed off, I would be too. At least you're in a better position having paid with a credit card, than you would have been paying with a check.
