Hands down, my favorite show of 2008 was Macross Frontier. Some of you may remember the television series Robotech when we were growing up, Frontier is basically the latest sequel of the Macross Saga that alot of Robotech was based off of.

So, tonight I met up with Alexis for dinner originally intending to eat at RaiRaiKen, but decided to check out Curry-Ya next door. I'm glad we did. This place was good.  First semi-decent meal I've had in a while.  (you start freaking out when the girl who cuts your hair, your patients, etc notice that you've "gotten bigger" )

So pretty randomly, I decided to buy a ticket (yes a single ticket) to watch Deathcab for Cutie play at Radio City Music Hall. Luckily I got a great seat in the front center orchestra section in the middle of my row. Go me. I decided not to take my camera because I really would like to spend more time enjoying the performance rather than watch it ( Read more... )
