Does anyone have any links to nice tutorials on recoloring furniture or making wallpapers?
I thought I'd start trying to dabble in creating, but I was wondering if anyone had any favorite tutorials that are lurking around the internet.

**bonus points if it has pictures. I like pictures.

I just flipped through all the things tagged as "tutorial" in the sims 2 community and I found an awesome tutorial katu made about making default face templates, and then one about making split level homes...but nothing that I was looking for, darnit.

I'm taking to google now!

MTS creator areas area likely your best bet. There and the creation area of GoS! :D SO MANY RESOURCES to be hard in both!

I poked around in the GoS knowledge tree area (I think that's what it's called?) they do have a BOATLOAD of awesome tutorials, but none for just basic recoloring. I'll have to look at MTS in a few minutes.
the tutorial on skin blending at GoS is miiiighty tempting.
