I miss you! And it looks like I missed talking to you by about an hour...
Slow down on the book. Yes, you must read it, and I can imagine it would burn the eyes and make the brain ach. But take it slowly. (at least as much as possible) Don't try to take too much in at once, if you can help it. :)
