But my friends all love this bar
I don’t wanna see you
But I’m wondering where you are

He doesn’t want to be here, but his best friends love this bar. It’s ridiculous, he thinks as he steps inside. He wishes he had just stayed home instead (in bed), but Kim JaeJoong and Song Joongki are quite persuasive when it comes to these things.
“Come out and have fun. And I won’t take no for an answer, see you at seven,” was what JaeJoong said earlier before hanging up on him.
His eyes scan through the dimmed room, searching for the blond haired man. And once he spots him and Joongki sitting in a far corner, Yoochun slowly walks towards his friends and greets them with a nod. “Sorry,” he starts, licking his chapped lips, as he slides into the next stool. “I got stuck in traffic.”
JaeJoong shakes his head and offers him a drink, “I have another friend coming. I think you’ll like him.”
“Playing matchmaker again, I see.” Yoochun scoffs and takes the drink. He ducks his head a little and takes the first sip of his drink. “Who is he?”
“You’ve met him before actually. He used to play soccer with - well yeah, his name is HyunJoong.”
Yoochun slightly flinches and turns to look at Joongki with a frown. “HyunJoong?” He asks and narrows his brows when JaeJoong looks pass him and waves.
JaeJoong leans over and whispers, “relax and enjoy yourself” before standing up to greet the new guest.
(You excuse yourself, explaining to your date and friends that you need to go do some business, and get up from your seat when the clock strikes half past nine. You can feel the curious eyes watch you as you make your way towards the restrooms - can hear the wheels begin to twist and turn in JaeJoong’s mind. He knows the real reason why you’re leaving them, but he makes no reply to stop you, and for that, you’re grateful.
It’s true that you don’t want to be here because it’s Saturday night, and if you remember correctly, Junsu usually comes to this bar during those times.
But as you cross the room, eyes scanning through the crowds, searching and wandering for him, you realize he’s not here. And that makes you sigh in relief yet question in wonder.
Once you’ve reached the restrooms, you stop to look at yourself in the mirror. You immediately notice how bad the dark circles under your eyes are and let out a sigh. Turning on the cold faucet, you splash the water onto your face.
Throughout the entire conversation, you have been thinking nothing else but Junsu, and you feel slightly guilty for such act. You know you have another date out there waiting for you, and it’s not fair for him to talk to you while you were still silently missing your ex.
You look at yourself in the mirror once again, and slowly come to realize that even though you two had broken up with a mutual agreement, you still can’t shake Junsu off your memories. )
