P10 Prompt 11: I would die without you, In your presence my heart knows no shame. Look what this love’s done to me - Not Strong Enough by Apocalyptica
362 W
Well, it won’t be whiskey, it won’t be meth,
It’ll be your name on my last breath.
(Better Dig Two - The Band Perry)
Yoochun slowly drags his cigarette out of his parted lips and scans the crowd of students for a particular tall brown haired man. He’s taking a huge risk by standing out in the open like this, waiting to meet his boyfriend in front of his university, but he misses the man too much. His eyes search and search until a smile greets him in the far distance, a wave following. He smiles immediately, dropping his cig to the ground and stretching out a hand to wave back as he quickly weaves his way through the crowd.
Changmin reaches to him first, fingers stretch outwards and grabbing a hold of his wrist, and Yoochun presses against him, cheeks flushed. He swoops down for a kiss, arms pulling his boyfriend closer by wrapping one around his smaller frame, the other sinking and tangling into his hair. And Yoochun moans, tilting his head and opening his mouth a little wider, because this - this was too much. He missed this - the lingering touches, the quick and breathless kisses, the way how Changmin made him weak at the knees - every thing.
Yoochun pulls back first, his breath coming out in white puffs, and Changmin thinks he’s a beautiful mess with his wavy, long hair lazily tied back, eyes lightly hazed, and lips parted. He leans forward again, pecking Yoochun’s lips before resting their foreheads together. “My place?”
The older man closes his eyes and inhales. “I’ve missed you.”
Changmin hums.
“Is - is this really okay?”
They shouldn’t be together or at least be seen by any one of their family members. But with Yoochun holding him like this, pressed close and eyes staring up at him with hope and questions and doubts and love, Changmin doesn’t really care anymore.
He caresses Yoochun’s face, and he should answer, “yes” and “always”, but he doesn’t. He loves him too much, far too much, but can’t make promises he can’t keep, can’t always protect the man from any danger because he can’t. So he lace their fingers together instead and turns around.
There is one thing though.
He can’t live without the other man - it’s a secret only he knows.

Author’s Note: Blah, school is coming up (it’s on bloody Thursday) and I’m freaking out. IDK what this is either because I rushed through it and everything and OMFG - I only need one more prompt left and then I can just cry to myself that I (didn’t follow the rules but) finished.
Comments are loved and appreciated.
