“What,” Brainiac 5 said, grinding out each word slowly, “do you suggest we do about that?” He jabbed a finger in the direction of the being that had come through the rip in the fabric of space and time, with the transdimensional horrors hot on his heels.
‘That’ was, in fact, a thin human sporting a wispy beard and a tattered, pointy hat with the word ‘Wizzard’ stitched on it. He moaned a soft, “Oh Gods,” and started to run.
He was very, very fast.
“I’d suggest we start by catching him.”
