Billy was down in the Basement with the Long Boxes, a pull list in hand when he found his way blocked by the Mad Thinker’s Awesome Android. “Hey Andy.”

Billy groaned. “Thanks, Andy. I only found out two days ago. How did you know?”
A petite brunette sporting a pair of cat’s-eye glasses and a thousand watt smile stepped around Andy. “Heroine called to have me check on any legal precedents that might affect two men who were both the biological father of a child. It wasn’t hard to put together.” Jennifer Walters pulled Billy into a hug, which he gracefully submitted to. “We were started to wonder why you were putting on weight.”
Billy pulled out of the hug. “Teddy’s the one who’s pregnant, not me.” He blinked. “I’m putting on weight?”
“Just a skosh. Must be sympathy pounds,” the super-hero said quickly.
“Who else knows?”
“Nobody. But when you feel like making the big announcement, Holliway’s going to win the betting pool.”
