Jono waited an hour before tracking Jubilee down. In that hour, he’d changed out of his new costume to something that was barely street legal. He figured that pants that were almost obscenely tight might help in distracting her, at least for a while. “Lee! We’re going out!”
“We?” Jubilee asked. “Who is this ‘we’ you speak of? I’ve got things to do.”
“All work and no play turns you into Scott Summers,” Jono retorted. “If you don’t let yourself unwind, you’ll snap under pressure.”
Jubilee snorted. “Where’d you get that from?”
“Therepy,” Jono said casually. “Now get dressed. We’re going dancing.”
“I think I liked you better when all you did was brood.”
