A/N: Part of my That Damn Mpreg universe.
All four Altman-Kaplan children were gathered around the TV when their fathers came home. Rebecca was, unsurprisingly, the first to abandon the set, wrapping her arms around Ted’s legs and pressed her face against his knee. Jeffery was scrambling up Will’s cape almost as fast, latching on to his father like a barnacle. Robert and Nate came last, the elder holding his little brother’s hand as he toddled over.
The sound of running water coming from the bathroom announced that Will’s mother was, in fact, still there and had been watching the children like she had promised.
Ted reached down and picked his daughter up, absently wiping at a tear-stained cheek with his thumb. "Hey, Princess. How’s things?"
"Better."
