“So, do you like it?”
“It’s beautiful,” Megan assured the speedster, turning her hand slightly so the diamond would sparkle brilliantly.
“Meh, I guess.” Tommy shrugged. “It’s just a rock. You already knew I loved you.”
“It’s a sparkly rock,” Megan corrected. “That makes it important.”
“Note to self: Girls like sparkly rocks,” Tommy mused.
