Summary: Things have changed between the two Inhumans.
Dramari slipped into his sister’s room and watched Surdani as she stood out on her balcony, looking down at the city below. They both stood there in silence for several long minutes, even though she knew perfectly well that she was no longer alone.
“Not going to ask me where I was?” Dramari asked. “No accusations of me tarnishing the family honor? Nothing to say to me, Surdani?”
His sister turned to face him, her face giving away nothing.
“Talk to me.”
The Inhuman princess gave her brother a sad look, sighing softly. “I wanted scales,” she said mournfully.
Dramari scrubbed his face with his hand. “I spend the day avoiding everyone, causing no end of trouble, you gain fantastic powers from the Mysts, and all you can say to me is ‘I wanted scales’?”
Surdani shrugged and smiled.
“This whole family is insane,” Dramari announced. “But then again, you already knew that.”
