Authors Notes/Disclaimer: Part of my That Damn Mpreg saga.
Ahura knew his cell like he knew the back of his hand. He had spent more time there than he had ever spent anywhere else, after all. Much of his time was taken up by watching his guards, since they were the only things around him that ever seemed to change.
Sometimes, people would come to see him. Occasionally his mother, or Karnak. Less frequently, his father.
It was his sister’s all too rare visits that he enjoyed the most.
Like their father, she never spoke to him. She just watched him with sad, dark eyes for a few moments, then left.
She wasn’t supposed to be there at all, Ahura knew. Surdani was sneaking in to see him, as drawn to him as he was to her. He knew, deep inside himself, that the girl was his destiny. His Queen, just as Mother was Father’s.
The only one who talked to Ahura anymore was Surdani’s ever chatty twin, Dramari. It was, in fact, nearly impossible to get his little brother to shut up.
