“Am I the only one who thinks that it would be incredibly easy for the Iron Dictator to fund us through Chase and his new job?” Victor asked, his eyebrows coming together in a worried line. “He’s gonna be on the station’s payroll, in their system. They’re looking for us, and I bet they’ve got all kinds of eyes out.”
He looked at the others, noting the blank looks from everyone except Xavin, who was looking worried.
“Oh come on. I’m really the only one who thought of this?” Victor asked, raking his hands through his hair.
