“I think I’m getting old,” Ted told Will quietly as he held his husband’s wrinkled hand in his own. “I don’t understand our grandchildren at all.”
Will laughed softly, smiling as he leaned against Ted’s shoulder and brushing a few downy white strands away from his face. “I think it’s got something to do with the fact that they’re aliens Ted.”
“I’d buy that more if I understood Becca’s children any better than I do this lot,” he sighed, nuzzling the crown of Will’s hair. “In fact, I think I understand Jeff’s kids a lot better than I do those two.”
