“Okay, so maybe I should have gotten your number from you before I left, but I got it from Wolverine so that’s okay, right?”
Tommy laughed, flopping onto the couch. “I was starting to think I was gonna have to track you down and go all stalker on you,” he purred. “Not that that wouldn’t have been fun, but kinda… y’know, stalkerish. And I’ve been assured that, what I’ve seen in those romantic comedy movies aside, chicks don’t dig stalkers.” He grinned. “So, Pixie, what are you wearing?”
She let out a kind of shrieky laugh, like she wanted to tell him off, but he’d still made her giggle. “Maybe Wolverine was right when he told me I should stay away from you.”
“Oh, don’t tease me woman, it’s mean.” Tommy sat up, draping an arm over the back of the couch. “And someone as beautiful as you shouldn’t be so mean to me.”
