“Vic, your vote’s the tie breaker,” Julian announced. “Carnivore Supreme of Rabbit Attack?”
“I like cheese pizza, actually,” Victor said, not taking his eyes off the video game in front of him. Through the headset, across the country, Teddy chanted, “I hate you I hate you I hate you!”
“Ew,” Ben announced. “I mean… yeah. Ew. What’s the point of pizza if it’s just got cheese?”
“What? What’s wrong with plain cheese? It’s kind of like vegetarian.”
“But it’s nothing like meat,” Megan countered. “Cheese isn’t on the vote.”
“I could live with cheese,” Alani mused. “Can I change my vote to cheese? Does this place you’re calling even do cheese?”
“You can,” Julian said, “but that still tips the over all votage in favor of Canivore, so that’s what we’re getting.”
