There should be some sort of law against letting your employee get home at 11:30pm after finishing work and expecting them to leave again the next morning at 8:30am.

Especially when the employee in question is inevitably going to stay up until 3am playing games regardless.

...technically speaking, assuming you don't have much of a commute, that still gives you sufficient time to sleep, so it's not entirely unreasonable. You just need to not do these things to yourself. >_>

Actually, it's less a sleep issue and more that my job involves a lot of physical labour, especially late at night when there aren't many customers, so the muscles soreness doesn't have enough time to go away.
